You did a great job writing a character that's as close as possible to the one we see on screen. Naturally, Ryan doesn't come from the most tolerant background - it would have been weird to see Sandy and Kirsten act differently though - so his reticence in accepting Seth is understandable and based on fears that can, I suppose, be justified.

I bet it can be scary writing something like this and while I do like fluff and happy smut, this was a breath of fresh air and maturity.

Really enjoyed it.
