Well, the point of their breakup was that they'd grown so far apart while she was gone that there was nothing left to really break. She'd moved on to "grown up/save the world" type of things and he'd fallen completely in love with Kyle. They still care about each other, but I think Wendy's smart enough to recognize that it wouldn't have worked had they tried to force the issue.
And as for Stan being in love with them both at the same time...that's pretty much canon, I think. I'd cite examples, but it's easier to just point people in the direction of the ship_manifesto I wrote for Stan/Kyle because it addresses that topic.
