Aw, you should write more you're very good at it ^.^
I think it could be canon, up to a point. I just end up being happier when one of the characters loves one and not two.
So in other words Stan basically fell out of love with Wendy and into love with Kyle? What he basically had left was friendship / care or..whatever.
I thought your story was very realistic though. I loved Kenny/Butters.
